TENIELE HOLMES

DIRECTOR & SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Teniele Holmes is an ex-international and AIS athlete that has experience in the professional sporting environment with over 10 years of biomechanical and sports coaching behind her. Teniele has established herself as a leading adolescent physiotherapist with a focus on biomechanical training and injury prevention. Teniele chose to double her physiotherapy degree with Exercise science in order to pursue her passion of keeping kids injury free and giving them the core biomechanical skills to succeed at sport.

Teniele has extensive experience working within elite sport from AFL, NPL and APS teams. She has overseen and managed the likes of South Melbourne FC women’s and men’s teams, Oakleigh Cannons and Bentleigh Greens. At present Teniele is currently managing Brighton Grammar School’s physiotherapy services. Outside of work with 3 busy children Teniele is envolved in local soccer, gymnastics and swimming clubs and has a passion for giving back to children in sport. As a buisness Team elite sponsors both Brighton and Sandringham soccer clubs.

DREW BARRATT

SPORTS & EXERCISE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Drew is an experienced Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist and consults on all sporting and musculoskeletal conditions. He has completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy and Master of Sports Physiotherapy where he developed a special interest in lower limb injuries. Drew enjoys helping his clients manage their pain and improve their function and performance. Drew has been working in the sporting realm for quite some time and is currently the Head Physiotherapist for FC Bulleen Lions NPL Women’s team. His previous experience also includes time spent working at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, with Volleyball Australia overseas and with Melbourne University Blacks Football Club. In addition, Drew holds memberships with the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Sports Medicine Australia and the Victorian Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy Committee, where he assists with planning and teaching sports physiotherapy professional development courses.

ASHLEIGH BEAUMONT

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Ashleigh graduated with a double degree in Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. She has a strong interest in sports physiotherapy, with experience working with NPL clubs Oakleigh Cannons and South Melbourne FC, and currently serves as Head Physiotherapist for State League team Bayside Argonauts.
With a background in basketball, Ashleigh understands the physical demands of sport and brings this insight into her treatment approach. She also has experience at the Royal Children’s Hospital and is particularly passionate about working with children and adolescents, helping them recover from injury through tailored education, family involvement, and long-term planning.
Ashleigh is certified in the GLA:D® (Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark) program and is known for her patient-centred, collaborative approach to care. She supports clients across all stages of rehabilitation—from acute injury management to gym-based strength and conditioning and return to sport—with a strong focus on personalised exercise prescription, effective load management, and age-appropriate programming. Ashleigh is especially committed to developing structured rehabilitation plans for adolescent athletes, ensuring their programs are developmentally appropriate, sport-specific, and designed to support safe, confident return to activity.

LUKE GULIFA

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Luke is a Senior Physiotherapist who completed his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise science in 2017 as well as a Masters of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2019. Luke has a vested interest in sports, and as a result has a passion for assessing, treating and rehabbing sports injuries from the acute phase, developing specific and tailored programs, all the way through to return to play at the elite level.
Luke has practiced and managed many sporting clubs; NPL Victoria teams, APS teams as well as teams in the EDFL and VAFA. Luke is also engaged with the local community and has a wealth of knowledge of everyday injuries and niggles for the general population, post operative and reconstructive procedures.

Luke is a Senior Physiotherapist who completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2017, followed by a Master’s of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2019. He has a strong interest in sports and is passionate about assessing, treating, and rehabilitating athletic injuries—from the acute phase through to return-to-play at the elite level. Luke specialises in developing tailored, sport-specific rehabilitation programs that support athletes throughout every stage of recovery including those for adolescents.

He has extensive experience working with and managing a range of sporting clubs, including NPL Victoria teams, APS schools, and teams in the EDFL and VAFA. Beyond the sporting arena, Luke is actively engaged in the local community and brings a wealth of knowledge in managing everyday injuries, post-operative and reconstructive rehabilitation, as well as general musculoskeletal care for the broader population.

STEPH

STEPHANIE SOTIRIADIS

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Steph holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. She is also an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with hands-on experience in the senior VAFA and NPL soccer leagues, where she is committed to evidence-based rehabilitation. Currently, Steph works as the physiotherapist for South Melbourne’s Senior Women’s soccer team. With a personal background in representative basketball and a strong passion for hiking and the gym, Steph brings a genuine enthusiasm for helping people of all ages return to the activities they love.
